The cultivation of cauliflower demands the attention of specialists and proper agronomy techniques. The HIGHBERRY agro-industrial complex has chosen a variety that suits the climatic conditions and soil of the region. On our fields, this vegetable undergoes a complete cultivation cycle from seed to final product, allowing us to monitor each stage of maturity. Thorough inspection and soil analysis determine the optimal time for fertilizer application.
 
The cabbage harvest is conducted when the heads have reached the necessary size but haven’t fully unfolded.
 
Fresh produce is actively distributed through supermarket chains. Our ample planting area ensures that we can meet the demand for frozen produce with our own production.
 
PACKAGING: The produce is collected and prepared for transport exclusively in pooling containers.
